powder form, raw herb form or brand.

How to Choose Pack Size

Many products are available in multiple pack sizes. Open the product page,
select the required pack size, check the price and then click Add to Cart.

How to Place an Order

After successful order placement, order details and tracking information may be shared
through website account, email, SMS, WhatsApp or courier update, depending on the available system.

How to Apply Coupon

If you have a coupon code, enter it in the coupon box on the Cart or Checkout page
and click Apply Coupon before placing the order.

Only valid and active coupon codes will apply. Some offers may not be available on all products,
bulk orders, special orders or custom requirements.

How to Request COA

Customers may request COA, batch details or quality documents where available.

• Open the Request COA page.
• Share product name.
• Share order ID, if already ordered.
• Share required quantity or batch details, if applicable.
• Submit your contact details.

How Bulk Orders Work

For wholesale, reseller, private labelling, custom packing or large quantity requirements,
customers may use the Bulk Enquiry page.

Bulk orders may have different pricing, processing time, packing terms, shipping charges
and cancellation conditions.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines depend on destination, courier availability, order size, packing requirement
and dispatch schedule. For normal retail orders, orders are generally processed after payment confirmation.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, address issues, holidays,
weather, strikes, local restrictions or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellation, return, replacement and refund requests are handled as per our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Damaged, wrong, missing or tampered shipments should be reported within 48 hours of delivery
with order details, photos and unboxing video, if available.

Due to the nature of herbal, botanical, edible, powdered and hygiene-sensitive products,
returns are accepted only in limited cases and are subject to verification.
