This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on Jadibootikart Sai Herbs through www.jadibootikart.in.

Jadibootikart Sai Herbs is operated by K.R. Impex Enterprises, Amritsar, Punjab. We supply Ayurvedic herbs, raw botanicals, herbal powders, teas, gums, resins and related traditional ingredients for retail and bulk buyers.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Processing time may vary for bulk orders, custom packing, private labelling, batch verification or additional quality checks before dispatch.

Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, except public holidays or courier non-working days.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India through available courier and logistics partners.

For bulk orders, wholesale requirements, institutional supply, export-related enquiries or special delivery arrangements, customers may contact us before placing the order.

Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities

3–7 business days after dispatch.

Other Cities & Towns

5–10 business days after dispatch.

Remote Locations

7–12 business days or more, depending on courier availability.

Delivery timelines are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes, public holidays, address issues, local restrictions or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before order confirmation.

For bulk orders, shipping charges may vary depending on product weight, quantity, packing requirement, destination and courier/logistics mode.

Order Tracking

Once an order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared by email, SMS, WhatsApp or through the order account page, depending on the available system and courier partner.

Customers are requested to track the shipment and remain available at the delivery address.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details, including name, phone number, full address, city, state and PIN code.

Jadibootikart Sai Herbs will not be responsible for delay, non-delivery or return of shipment due to incorrect address, incomplete address, unavailable customer, refused delivery or customer not reachable by courier.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery, re-shipping may be chargeable.

Damaged, Missing or Wrong Item

If the customer receives a damaged parcel, missing item, wrong item or tampered package, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photos of the product received
Unboxing video, if available
Courier label photo
Brief description of the issue

Claims raised after 48 hours may not be accepted, especially where courier verification is not possible.

Bulk Orders and Custom Requirements

Bulk, wholesale, private labelling and custom packing orders may require additional processing and dispatch time.

For such orders, shipping timelines, freight charges, packing terms and delivery arrangements may be confirmed separately before dispatch.
